COUCH TO 5K - OCTOBER 2026
Ready to start your canicross journey? Join our six-week DogFit Certified programme, designed to safely introduce you and your dog to running together, whether you're completely new to the sport or looking to build confidence.

- £80 for all six weekly sessions
Over the six weeks, you'll learn everything from correct equipment and running technique to building fitness, keeping your dog motivated, and progressing safely as a team.
Please note: You'll need your own canicross equipment to take part. If you're unsure what you need or would like advice on the best setup for you and your dog, just send me a message - I'm always happy to help
For anyone starting from scratch, I highly recommend the DogFit Starter Kit, which includes everything you need to get going with quality, properly fitted equipment.

ONE TO ONE
If you’re ready to set yourself a challenge, you can book yourself into a Couch to 5k course through either 1 to 1 sessions or a class. In a 1 to 1, you will have the benefit of tailored training just for you over the course of either six or eight weeks.
The first session will last between 45 minutes to 1 hour, and will include getting to know your equipment, as well as learning how to warm up, cool down, and ultimately stay safe.
Following sessions last betweeen 30-45 minutes. It is advised that you purchase your own equipment beforehand – please get in touch for any advice regarding this! For beginners, we recommend the DogFit Starter Kit, which is great for those completely new to the sport.
The cost of the six week course for a 1 to 1 is £120, and must be payable at the time of booking.
